UsageFor 8 pieces of brownie:
Add to your preparation:
3 eggs, 150 grams of fat
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Butter and dust a rectangular or square baking pan (max 20 x 20 cm) with flour.
Let the fat melt in a large saucepan. Once liquid, take the pan off the heat and add the preparation.
Mix until you have a homogeneous mass.
Add the eggs one by one - stirring well between each egg (with dried fruits if desired) and pour the batter into the pan.
Bake in the oven for 10 - 12 minutes.
Carefully observe the brownies up to 2 to 3 minutes before the end of the baking time. The brownie is ready when a knife tip can be inserted in the middle of the brownie and comes out dry.
