UsagePreparation: Mix 1 volume of flour with 3 to 4 volumes of cold water. Bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, then add salt. Pour the warm mixture into a cake mold. Once cooled, you can slice this preparation, which can then be fried in a non-stick pan.
