Usage
Soak the coconut beans for 1 night and then bring them to a boil for two minutes and drain the water. Then cook for 40-60 minutes on low heat in clean water with spices and kombu seaweed. Delicious to eat cold in a salad with fresh vegetables and spices or warm in stewed dishes.

Storage
Store in a dry, cool, and dark place.
