Usage
Preparation method: Recipe for hand-making: 1. Mix 500g special pizza flour in a mixing bowl with 350ml lukewarm water (25°C) + 21g Organic sourdough from Priméal + 10g salt (1 cc). 2. Let it rest for a while to moisten the flour and knead by hand (or in a kneading machine) for about 5 minutes.
3. Let it rest for 1h30-2h00 with a closed lid at room temperature (22°C). 4. Roll out the dough, garnish, and bake in the oven at 7-8 (210°-240°C) for about 30 minutes. Also easy to make in a bread machine.

Storage
Store in a dark, dry place at a moderate temperature.
