Usage
Take 10 grams of flaxseed daily (about one tablespoon; corresponds to approximately 2g (ALA)) for optimal effect. Flaxseed absorbs a lot of moisture, so it is important to drink enough. Flaxseed fits perfectly within a healthy and varied diet. Add 1 tablespoon of flaxseed daily to yogurt, quark, or muesli. The seeds can be added to the dish just before consumption and without soaking. Crush or grind the whole flaxseeds, for example, with a mortar. Once the seeds are crushed, the good fats can be easily absorbed by your body.
