Payment Processing
- All payments must be completed before orders are processed and shipped.
- If you dont want to pay upfront, you can choose for Cash on Delivery. If you want to use this service send us an email and we will contact you to take your order and quote you for this service.
- Payment transactions are processed securely through our payment service provider.
- We do not store full credit card information on our servers.
- Currency All prices listed on our webshop are in Euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Failed Payments
If your payment fails or is declined:
- Please ensure your payment details are correct.
- Try an alternative payment method or contact your bank.
- Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully received.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe there has been an error or unauthorized charge:
