UsageQuinoa has a nutty flavor and is a great substitute for rice, pasta, or potatoes. It fits in various dishes and is also a delicious addition to salads. Rinse the quinoa again before preparation to eliminate any bitter taste. Use about 75 g per person and add twice as much water or broth. After gently boiling for 10 minutes, let the quinoa stand covered for another 10 minutes.
